Upon acceptance of the order full payment of the item is required. We accept all major debit/credit cards, paypal, cheques and bank transfers.
All prices are shown in GB pounds and include FREE delivery via Registered Royal Mail to a destination within mainland U.K. All deliveries to non-U.K. residents can be sent by Airsure Royal Mail (if possible) but the cost will vary according to each country. Items can be sent via FEDEX at an approximate cost of £50.00
We aim to deliver within 14 working days of order acceptance by our company and clearance of payment (order acceptance is done via confirmation of your order/contract by e-mail or post). However, if we are customising your ring/jewellery or if the item is not in stock and we have to manufacture it, delivery time may vary, at which time we will advise the customer of the exact delivery time. In the case of rings, if they were to be sized a charge of £25-£50 is applicable. We can re-finish rings for life at a cost of £25 + post each time.
A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted and payment has been received in full. We can only accept cancellations if advised in writting within 5 days of our order confirmation. Once the goods have been sent to you, you may cancel your order within 7 days of your receiving your order. Refund will only be done once the goods have been safely returned to us. We regret that only goods returned in the original condition can be refunded. In the case of returns, the safe delivery and cost of post/courier is the customer's responsibility. Due to hygiene considerations we cannot accept the return of earrings. Also if we have manufactured/customised an item to the customer's specification, we regret that we cannot either accept cancellation, refund or exchange this item. If goods were exchanged, the exchange is not subject to be refunded and the post has to be paid by the customer.
Faulty goods. If faulty goods are received by the customer they must inform us within 72 hours of receipt. We will refund any return postage costs. If you do not inform us within 72 hours of receipt of the goods we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not afffect your statutory rights.
